The European Convention Center Luxembourg is a serious partner which has a long experience in the field of the organization of all types of events. Over the past year, a lot of work has been done to ensure optimal recovery via a customer journey in the best sanitary conditions.

The European Convention Center Luxembourg (ECCL) reinvented itself during 2020 by adapting its spaces to host events in full compliance with health measures.

Convention Park Luxembourg:

A one-of-a-kind complex, with the ECCL as its centerpiece, which brings together all the services and infrastructures necessary for the success of a "walking distance" event: hotels, restaurants, conference spaces, shopping center but also 2 artistic centers of international stature such as the Mudam, museum of contemporary art, and the Philharmonie for your cultural outings in the capital.

• Accessibility of the ECCL: A convention center in the heart of the city, 7 km from the airport, 3 km from the train station, 3.5 km from motorway access. In addition, since March 2020, Luxembourg public transport has become completely free!

• A convention center that is modern, bright and fully equipped from a technical point of view. The ECCL hosts three months of the year the Councils of Ministers of the European Union; as a result, the building has a level of equipment and wifi connection, which customers can benefit from at no additional cost.

Creation of a fully equipped Webcasting Studio with a turnkey offer for recording sessions (Plug&Play), videoconference and Live Streaming

In this new context and in order to meet the current needs of event organizers, our offer had to be completely re- adapted and new solutions were found and invented. The development of our technical and technological equipment allows us today to be able to host three types of events: face-to-face, hybrid, and 100% virtual.

All the health measures to guarantee an optimal progress of the events in complete safety and in full compliance with the health protocol issued by the government have been put in place.

The development of our technical and technological teams allows us today to be able to accommodate three types, the last two of which represent the majority of requests: face-to-face, hybrid or phygital and 100% virtual.
